Marisol Burgueño Palma, Ph.D., is a researcher, product leader, and evaluator focused on understanding how people learn, develop skills, and experience technology across educational and workplace settings.
Her work combines research, co-design, product development, and evaluation to create tools, learning experiences, and systems that support meaningful and measurable outcomes. Working alongside students, educators, and cross-functional teams, she translates complex challenges into practical solutions grounded in evidence.
She is particularly interested in helping organizations move from data collection to actionable insight through accessible dashboards, measurement frameworks, and decision-making tools that make research useful for the people closest to the work.
